As a result of the turbine engine casing is working in high temperature, high pressure,large vibration environment, causes the turbine casing deformation, it makes the turbine rotortip clearance uneven change. Tip clearance is too large will cause engine efficiency decline,May even cause a surge, Tip clearance is too small, will lead to the friction between the bladeand casing, causing malfunction, and influence the safety of the aircraft engine turbine.Turbine engine’s blade tip clearance is one of the important parameters affecting theperformance, as a result, the tip clearance test is necessary. This article through research theturbine casing pulse detection method, chooses the best detection method, use contactmeasurement method, measuring head contact with actual measured contour,the actualmeasured round radius variation can be reflected by measuring head, to chooses the optimalscheme and conducting the static analysis on the optimal solution, mainly aims at theperpendicularity error of pillar and working platform as well as, and conducting the modalanalysis on the turning device in the optimal scheme, Found a low first order naturalfrequency of rotary device, In order to avoid resonance with low-order incentive frequencyaround the locale, improving accuracy of detection system, conducting the structuraloptimization on the rotary device, The research content improves the system precision, It is ofgreat significance for preventing resonance. in order to provide a better theory support forfurther design improvement, The error of the sensor relative position will directly influencethe accuracy of detection. Especially the vertical deformation error, directly affect the positionerror of testing point. use the SolidWorks’s three-dimensional solid model on coaxial rotarymechanism, using virtual prototype technology analysis of rigid and flexible analysisrespectively by imported in ADAMS, Through comparison and analysis to get thedeformation error of the transducer, meanwhile, getting condition of the start-up phase of thestability and bearing force. For the design improvement of the late work provide importantdata support.
