With the rapid development of our country's society today,bridge inspection technology is constantly developing deeply.The bridge detection car as a new type of high-speed bridges for the flow detection and maintenance of special vehicles,the demand in social life is also on the rise.Due to the lack of research on the structure of the bridge test car boom in our country,and the research on this area is still not deep enough.Therefore,a test car design that is suitable for our country's high-speed railway bridges is proposed,which has more important theoretical and practical values.The subject of this paper is from the project of "Research on complete sets of technology and equipment for rapid detection of hidden parts of bridge superstructure" of Hubei Provincial Department of Transportation,and as part of this project Bridge Defect Inspection research.The main goal of this paper is to analyze and study the current bridge detection work process,and innovatively propose a method to detect the scanning splint slender joint robotic arm and the structural characteristics of the robotic arm,through finite element analysis and fuzzy optimization methods.The entire organization conducted research and formed a reliable and reasonable robotic bridge inspection vehicle system.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)In the area of bridge detection,a new type of mechanical arm detection mechanism is proposed,and the geometric dimensions of the mechanical arm frame are determined through actual analysis,and through 3D software modeling,a feasibility is provided for the realization of unattended automatic detection.(2)Under the support of the basic principles of statics and the basic principles of dynamics,the bottom-up modeling method is used to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of the vehicle-mounted robot arm from the part to the whole.The analysis results ensure The reliability and practicality of the mechanical arm mechanism;(3)As the manipulator belongs to the particularity of slender rods,the force analysis and vibration characteristics under the influence of external factors(such as high wind load)are analyzed,and further Provides guiding significance for engineering practice;(4)Through modal analysis and fuzzy optimization design methods of finite element analysis software,the working area of dangerous parts is determined in depth and its physical strength is improved as much as possible.Reliable and more reasonable structural solutions.Through the basic theory research and simulation analysis of statics and dynamics,the results show that the proposed vehicle-mounted bridge automatic detection robotic arm scheme can achieve the basic goal of the mission.The strength of the robotic arm meets the safety requirements and can be used for its physics.The development of prototypes and the engineering of other new bridge detection devices provide a reasonable reference.
