| LMG is English abbreviation for Linear Motion Ball Guide. LMG is a new kind of rolling functional unit with the advantages of simple structure, good bearing capacity, small difference between static friction force and kinetic friction force, high setting accuracy, good stability of high precision, convenient for assembly and lubrication, good economic performance, a long service life and other characters. LMG is widely used in CNC machine, medical machinery, aerospace, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, automotive, rail transport, and various detection machinery, etc. But there is a large difference for the same products between at home and abroad in terms of accuracy, life and quality, and the structure of LMG always refer to foreign products. So it is necessary to analyze and research the LMG, in order to improve the capability. The main content of this thesis is that the theory about researching on the LMG's static rigidity of mathematical model, the study of structure for LMG's trench, theoretical analysis and simulation for error's homogenization, the analysis of the limit of size for steel ball when is made and the analysis of the influence of rigidity for different structure of LMG's trench. It can be divided into three aspects as following:Firstly, this thesis analyzes and summarizes all the structure for LMG's trench and characteristic, makes use of the elastic mechanic, the theoretical mechanics and mechanics of materials'knowledge, builds the static rigidity-model for the linear motion ball guide with single guide way and guide shoe, according to the large finite element software-ANSYS and builds the finite element models for LMG.Secondly, in the premise of life for the LMG, this thesis according to the finite element software-ANSYS, analyzes and confirms the error's homogenization, confirms the limit of size for steel ball's manufacture by load characteristics and material feature.Thirdly, this thesis makes use of the finite element software to simulation analysis and to identify the curve of the influence for different structure of LMG's trench to the rigidity, and then sums up the law by these curves. |
