Research And Design Of Train Condition Monitoring Display Device

The railway as the lifeline of the national economy and public transport,played a crucial role in the national production of transportation. How to ensure the safety of railway transportation has become an important issue. Monitoring the running status of the train is the key and the basis to guarantee the safety of rail transport. In recent years, railway traffic is increasing and the train speed too. Security issues have become increasingly prominent in this situation, the train running status indicator on the research and design has a more important significance.In this paper, the actual project is starting from the railway and train condition monitoring indicator for research and design. This design with the Atmega48MCU as the core to monitor the train operation index of the state. The trains run on indicators for status monitoring, when detects fault signal it will to alarm prompt to the train staff. In addition, it will improve the old model indicator function, such as indicator post entire signal path, adding brightness switching point adjustment function, using the PWM signal to adjust the brightness of the status lights to change the status light resistance connection, improved brightness. In terms of interference we use of opt couplers, electromagnetic relays and other electronic components to improve the indicator immunity. Specific display instrument design, including hardware and software design in two parts. Hardware design including the design of the dimming circuit, the drive circuit is designed, the light intensity measuring circuit design, the design of the power supply circuit; the circuit design of the keyboard and buzzer alarm circuit design; software design includes main design, programming flowcharts initialization, showing the design process, key process design, design, programming timer interrupt and key filtering process.Before write this paper, the device has been finished and debugged successfully.
