In substation, high-voltage equipment always operates in long duration with heat, thus long operation time causes temperature rise in contact junction between devices. And even with some unpredictable reasons which lead to sharp rise of device temperature, the important accident happens. In order to avoid the danger, the design of highly efficient non-contact temperature monitoring system, which is used for real-time temperature monitoring to high-voltage device operating in confined space, is obviously practical and essential.In this paper, it designs and brings about a hardware applied to high voltage temperature measurement system, including temperature acquisition nodes and temperature sink nodes. The temperature acquisition nodes are mainly used to measure temperature of high-voltage devices. Thi system contains32temperature acquisition nodes, and by placing these nodes in multiple positions which need temperature measure, the collected temperature information can be sent to temperature sink nodes in the mean of wireless communication. Then the temperature sink nodes upload the information to PC which is used to monitor temperature. The temperature sink nodes also contain wireless data reception function, which can be used to configure temperature acquisition nodes (for instance, temperature reporting period) through temperature sink nodes on PC, ensure the temperature measurement deviation is within±2℃.The main work of this paper contains following contents:First of all, analyze operation environment of high-voltage equipment and comes out overall scheme of hardware design;Secondly, investigate various chips in market and make selection;Thirdly, design the hardware schematics of high-voltage temperature measure system in detail, including the part of temperature acquisition nodes (temperature measurement module, a wireless RF module and microprocessor) and the part of temperature sink nodes (wireless RF modules, microprocessors,Ethernet module, RS485communication module and USB communication module).Fourthly, design the PCB diagram of this hardware system in detail, including layout of device and alignments.Fifthly, complete the hardware adjustment work of whole equipment.Finally, calibrate the temperature of temperature sensor.The high-voltage temperature measure system designed in this paper works properly, fulfils the demand and passes the acceptance of enterprise that commission the development.
