With the in-depth construction of ultra-high voltage and ultra-high voltage power grid,China's power industry is gradually moving towards the direction of large capacity,high voltage and long distance,and the task of operation and maintenance system of high voltage transmission lines is gradually expanding.Due to objective reasons,a large number of high-voltage transmission lines are distributed outdoors,and cover a wide area,vulnerable to harsh natural environment and human factors,in addition,the higher the voltage level of transmission lines are more likely to suffer lightning stroke.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out condition monitoring for high-voltage transmission lines effectively.The traditional manual detection not only consumes a lot of manpower and material resources,but also can not achieve real-time detection,the work efficiency is poor,the detection effect is difficult to be guaranteed;the existing high-voltage transmission line operation and maintenance mode still has certain drawbacks,can not adapt to the rapid development of transmission lines.This paper analyzes and summarizes the current on-line monitoring technology of high-voltage transmission lines,studies the characteristics and requirements of operation and maintenance of high-voltage transmission lines,and analyzes the main factors threatening the safe and stable operation of high-voltage transmission lines.Based on the current operation and maintenance level of high voltage transmission lines and the patrol inspection work in China,this paper summarizes the current patrol inspection scheme and management mode for high voltage transmission lines,and proposes an intelligent patrol inspection system for high voltage transmission lines with the function of universal module definition and logical reuse.The system uses the Internet of Things technology.With large data analysis,multidimensional data joint detection is realized.The system has the following characteristics:1)By collecting the image of the protective area and the temperature information of the transmission line,using the image analysis technology and the alarm of temperature exceeding the limit,the hidden trouble of the transmission line operation can be found in time and the patrol inspection efficiency can be improved.2)Through the mobile phone micro-message,mobile phone APP remote patrol at any time and anywhere to receive hidden danger alarm information,to achieve the transmission line within the protective area of the operation of illegal voice or automatic acoustooptic alarm,effectively avoid the occurrence of sudden damage to external forces;3)It has the expanding ability to access on-line monitoring information of various types of transmission lines,and integrates the on-line monitoring status with the image information of the guard area.4)It has the functions of distributed processing and system cascade,which is conducive to the construction and application of municipal and provincial multi-level systems,and is convenient for the operation,maintenance and management of transmission lines.In this paper,the intelligent patrol inspection system for transmission lines with CMD logic multiplexing function is discussed from the aspects of working principle,technical scheme and equipment selection.Experiments on charge and discharge management,switching,picture/video transmission,power consumption and other aspects of the system are carried out.The results meet the design requirements and will be used after large-scale installation.During the period of time,the monitoring effect of the system is tracked and counted.The experimental results and statistical data confirm the reliability and effectiveness of the system.
