Study Of The Allocation Of Catering Service Facilities In Colleges And Universities In Hefei City

The education in colleges and universities become more and more popular due to theenrollment expansion of colleges and universities. However, the logistics service in mostof the colleges and universities are too old to satisfy the needs of the students, especiallythe catering service which provides the foods to the students. Such problem is moreserious in the colleges and universities which located in the center of the city. Most of thebuildings are age-old and the design is backward, so it is a trend to improve the allocationof catering service facilities in colleges and universities.In this thesis, we discussed how to allocate the catering service facilities in collegesand universities based on the development and allocation of the catering service facilitiesat present. Took the catering service facilities in all colleges and universities in Hefei cityfor example, we analyzed the various factors which affect the allocation of the cateringservice facilities based on collecting and analyzing the instance data; Found the existmain problems on the allocation of the catering service facilities in Hefei’s colleges anduniversities by combining with the consumer behaviors of current college students; Andthen we gave the suggestion on how to solve these problems by referring to thesuccessful experience in domestic. At last we prospect the future development of theallocation of the catering service facilities in colleges and universities from themacroscopic view.
