Research On Allocation Of Campus Commercial Facilities Of General Colleges And Universities In Nanjing City

With the steady development of the national economy plus the constant improvement of people's living standard,the public's demand for quality of life is also increasing.This also reflected in the student groups on campuses,which is reflected in the diversified and complicated demands of college students on campus life.While completing their studies,contemporary college students have an increasing demand for communication,rest and entertainment.Combined with the focus of the logistics socialization reform in colleges and universities is the student accommodation facilities and related facilities construction as the breakthrough point of the reform of college campus planning and construction of commercial facilities and got rapid development.It is the context that this thesis studies.First of all,this thesis has sorted out and summarized the relevant theories about the allocation of campus commercial facilities at home and abroad.Secondly,the history of the development of campus commercial facilities is reviewed,and the characteristics of campus commercial activities,influencing factors and allocation principles of commercial facilities are summarized.Thirdly,commercial facilities of nine normal university campuses in downtown and outer suburbs of Nanjing City were investigated as research objects,through the system analysis,comparative analysis,interdisciplinary analysis,combining qualitative and quantitative research methods,research objects are analyzed from four points of commercial facility types,forms,scale and quality.This thesis summarized the existing problems of allocation of commercial facilities in normal universities in Nanjing City.Finally,the improvement measures are put forward from two aspects: the choice of commercial facilities and the determination of scale.Based on the case study,this thesis summarized the existing problems of commercial facilities on campus of Nanjing normal universities,mainly including: incomplete business configuration and insufficient business scale.Aiming at the above problems,the thesis puts forward common and individual improvement measures for the allocation of commercial facilities in colleges and universities.First,choose the business model according to the business attribute,importance degree and requirement correlation degree,and follow the way of dynamic configuration in time sequence.Second,improve the rationality of service radius and develop scale effect.Third,the business layout tries to adopt the diversified development mode of combination configuration and on-demand configuration.Forth,putting forward reasonable policies and management systems is conducive to the improvement of campus business facilities allocation.Finally,the application of new technology in the allocation of commercial facilities on campus is proposed.
