Research On The Application Of Interactive Space Of The Apartment For Elderly Design

As the aging of population and social pension mode expanding, more and more aged chose apartments for elderly as the first pick for the old age home. But most of living environment design of apartments lacks of thinking for psychological and behavioral patterns of the elderly. It is a common problem for the current design that how to make the elderly lived in the apartment keep a healthy state of mind.This paper based on the investigation of the psychological and behavior, put forward the concept of create interaction space environment for apartments for elderly, made them feel the feeling of belonging on the basis of useful, through the exchange between the elders or the elders and the apartments, created a more interactively superior quality apartments for elders with the users as the main body.Chapter1:briefly introduced the research background, purpose significance and design.Chapter2:based on the research and analysis of physiology, safety and spiritual needs of aged, obtained the practical significance of interactive design for apartments, and get ready for design.Chapter3:put forward the principle of the use of interactive space in apartment design, point out the feasibility of interactively space environment.Chapter4:there is a design example in this chapter, and established the design concept and principle according to the present situation ofthe town of Ping’an apartment for elderly, then do the scheme design and show it in rendering.Chapter5:this chapter detailed summarized the innovation point, insufficient and prospect of interactive space environment for apartment for elderly.
