With the rapid development of modern power electronics technology,the applications ofinverter power supply are being used increasingly in many fields.At the same time all aspectsof performance of inverter power supply has also made increasing demands. The techniquesof application analog circuit control inverter have been developed for many years.but thereare also some shortcomings, such as circuit complexity, weak anti-interference ability and soon. With the emergence of high-performance microprocessors, making the digital control ofinverter become a reality.Digital control system has zhe advantages of integrated highanti-interference capability, flexible control, advanced control algorithms can be realized andeasy real-time control, witch analog control system can’t achieve.Digital is the developmenttrend of the power inverter, this article conform to this trend designed a DSP-basedhigh-frequency inverter.First, based on the PWM control technology analyzes the basic principle of SPWMwave.Illustrates the control SPWM modulation techniques, including unipolar and bipolarcontrol control, and analyzed and compared them, combined with the practical requirementsof the design determines the modulation.Then describes the research status of current digitalinverter control strategy and elaborated digital PID technology and its application in powerinverter system.Secondly,described in detail inverter power source topological structure and principles,design a voltage source inverter power source main circuit and control circuit WithMC56F8346DSP as the control center.The main part of paper is to inverter power sourceoverall hardware design.Hardware circuit design is divided into the overall system design andselection of individual functional modules and design parameters,In which detailed analysisof the rectifier filter circuit, an inverter circuit, a driver protection circuit, LC low-pass filterand the other peripheral circuit design included.Then, described the inverter power system software design process, paper first explainsMC56F8346development platform development features of CodeWarrior IDE,then explainedin detail the method of digital PWM students,And gives the PWMA module configurationprocess.nalysis of the ADC and the digital PID program design process, gives the programflow chart.Finally, to debug prototype and illustrates the module debugging methods,theexperimental results are given and analyzed theoretically the results,in the last subject of thepaper Summarized,and rationalization proposals and forward an improved method for thefurther research of subject.
