This paper analyzes and researches the wind-solar hybrid inverter model number WWSI0410-24-3N01,and uses the PIC18F2431 microcontroller as the control core to control the inverter to generate 220 V,50Hz alternating current when inputting 24 V direct current.In the design,the voltage step-up method,topology structure and frequency conversion method of the inverter hardware are compared and selected,and the overall frame structure is set up,and the specific design is implemented in combination with the software design.After the SPWM control wave generated by the SCM is added to the dead time through the dead zone control circuit,the input drive circuit boosts the voltage and drives the inverter circuit to invert the 24 V DC power generated by the power supply to generate a low voltage AC power of 13 V.After boost filtering,the SPWM control wave Can output 220 V,50Hz sinusoidal alternating current supply load.In order to maintain the stability of the output voltage,voltage feedback is added.The software design part introduces the principle of SPWM wave generation,including the use of mode and software generation methods,and uses the area equivalent method in the software generation method to generate SPWM wave table.Using the PWM function of the PIC18F2431 microcontroller CCP module,the period and pulse width registers are set,the PWM wave is output,and the SPWM wave is generated after looking up the table.The inverter bridge adopts full-bridge high-power design.After the 4-channel SPWM control wave output from the single chip is input to the inverter circuit,the timing diagram of the switch tube is analyzed.The LC filter circuit is designed to improve the output waveform quality.The feedback circuit is designed and the A/D module is analyzed.The incremental PI control algorithm is used to adjust the output voltage and stabilize the output.
