| The sliding plug door system of urban rail vehicle is one of the important subsystems of train.The reliability of the sliding plug door system will directly affect the normal and safe operation of urban rail vehicle.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to analyze the reliability of the sliding plug door system to ensure the safe and stable operation of urban rail vehicles and the rational use of maintenance resources under high reliability.This paper takes a certain type of sliding plug door as the research object to analyze the reliability of the sliding plug door system.The main research work is as follows:(1)Establish FTA analysis model based on fault data and fault mode.Firstly,based on the fault data of the door,the reliability model of the door system was established,and the reliability index and fault occurrence rule of the fault data of the door were analyzed.Secondly,the fault tree analysis is carried out on the opening and closing anomaly,the abnormal sound of opening and closing and the accidental opening of the door.Through qualitative and quantitative calculation,the minimum cut set of all fault modes causing the top event is analyzed.Finally,the maintenance priority search simulation model is established for the top events which have great influence on the maintenance of the sierra door system,and the reasonable verification and maintenance sequence is determined.(2)The plug door system for urban rail vehicle FMECA(Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Aanlysis)analysis.First of all,FMEA analysis is carried out on the load-bearing guide device,drive locking device,electric control system and door base parts of the sierra door,to find out the cause of the failure,the degree of influence and remedial measures,and to conduct qualitative analysis.Secondly,the traditional CA analysis of the system is carried out,and the RPN method and the hazard matrix method are used to calculate the hazard degree of each subsystem failure mode of the system.Finally,the fuzzy CA analysis of the sliding door system is carried out,and the hazard degree is calculated to make up for the influence of subjective factors calculated by RPN method and hazard matrix method,and provide the theoretical basis for maintenance.(3)The reliability distribution of the sliding plug door system of urban rail vehicles is carried out.Based on the fault tree of the door(abnormal sound of the door opening and closing),the reliability allocation of the top event of the door system is carried out by combining the probability importance degree.Then,after the top event is assigned,the reliability of the basic event is assigned by the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the index related to the top event is reasonably allocated to the basic event. |
