Enlargement of the global rail transit, rail vehicle manufacturing technology is alsoconstantly improved. There are a large number of requirements of sliding door on railwayvehicles due to its important role in rail vehicle operation. Due to its complex structure,high installation accuracy limitation, so sliding door only limit on the application ofrailway vehicles.According to relevant data, in2015, our country will be more than30citiesconstruction85urban rail lines, more than2700km, there will be20000vehicles needed. Inthe next five years, the demand of rail vehicles for the main urban is about5000-6000. By2020, Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Shenyang, Harbin, Qingdaoand other cities will be built and opened to traffic line with a total of more than40, about6000km, with a total investment of over700billion.Electronically controlled pneumatic sliding door as a new type of the door to thepractical use in most of the acceleration of railway vehicles, only a handful of rapid railcars also use manual controlled sliding door.The components of electronically controlled pneumatic sliding door are, the baseframe, door leaf, driving system, operating system, locks and electronic parts and so on.Cylinder through the linkage of drive components connected to the door leaf, car, footpedals. Door leaf articulated in the car wheel, door lock parts of fork connection inside andoutside the operating device through cable. electric control parts of the electromagneticvalve connected to the driving parts cylinder, cylinder in door lock parts, operatingcomponents inside and outside of the operating device through the circuit, gas path system,with the opening and closing of the door is convenient, energy saving, safe, and can preventthe door extrusion passengers, also can realize the full train door of centralized control andcontrol respectively, make each compartment doors open and close automatically.Manual sliding door is for a single door system consists of the base installation, driving device, door, door accessories, locking device, electric heating device, with theopening and closing of the door is convenient, energy saving, safe, and can prevent thedoor squeezing passengers but couldn’t open the door for automatic and centralized control.Manual sliding door operation: open the door only if the vehicle is in a stationary state toopen operation. Before open the door, should be locked isolation. By flipping the outsidedoor, triangle lock manually open the door.Sliding door as passenger train routes of the up and down, its security is also theimportant indicators of rail vehicle safety. This article mainly discusses the various factorsaffecting the safety of railway vehicles, mainly discuss the main factors. The main structureof this paper is after analyzed the research status at home and abroad, briefly analyzed themain structure of the sliding door then made a comprehensive analysis of its security. Itmainly aimed at both its structure and running environment to analyze the influence. Eachmajor selected three main factors. Finally put forward to improve the safety of the schemefor sliding door and the necessity of the new technology to improve the sliding doorsecurity.
