Nowadays,BIM technology has become a common professional tool and method in the construction industry, which has played a huge role in design and construction. As one of the important means for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry in the emerging period,it has been adopted by more and more design and construction companies.BIM technology integrates professional information from different stages of engineering construction with the concept of "Internet plus",and improves the cognitive understanding and effective connection between professionals in the construction process in a collaborative way. However,in the housing and the domestic various provinces and cities construction industry management department issued by government policy to encourage industry using BIM technology at the same time, companies acknowledge that BIM technology is in some ways can promote the implementation of the project and information integration, but also faces such as software application ability, data interface compatibility, implement deep short of expectations, and so on many problems,it has to do with the current construction industry development to the government to encourage "information + cooperative" decision-making management mode with the actual engineering project BIM application difficult to form the obvious "double track".Therefore, based on the above phenomenon, through the consult literature material, and project practice in the research study found that blindly "deficit spending" BIM technology project implementation and another kind of "negative" treat the BIM technology application is not scientific and reasonable way, only on the basis of theory by combining the actual status of the application of BIM technology enterprise itself and the BIM technology application in the project implementation in terms of expected returns, the implementation effect, such as objective evaluation can reasonably correctly in the practice project using BIM technology and be able to play the role of promoting the project management,This is also the purpose of this paper and the main content of the work.Based on the analysis and research on the characteristics and application points of the construction engineering projects implementing BIM technology, this paper starts from the implementation process of the project and the factors affecting the application of BIM technology, conducts research and analysis on a number of practical cases through literature research and expert interviews, and forms an index database for the application risk evaluation of BIM technology engineering projects.Based on engineering project risk evaluation index database,USES the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is established in the form of including policy and law, management, market, technology and economy of 18 BIM risk evaluation model, using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to model various indexes weight assignment and the level of risk assessment. Finally,a large-scale industrial factory implementing BIM technology is taken as an example to conduct a research on the risk assessment of BIM technology application, and the weight values of the criterion layer and the indicator layer are determined through expert scoring. Then, the risk level of the project was obtained through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and the risk factors and countermeasures were analyzed to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the method, providing theoretical and scientific reference for the implementation of BIM technology in engineering projects and how enterprises should correctly choose the application direction and implementation means of BIM.
