As one of the pillar industries of my country’s national economy,the construction industry has developed rapidly in recent years.However,traditional management methods have gradually been unable to meet the needs of industry development.With the promotion and application of building information modeling(BIM)technology in China,the use of BIM technology to assist project management has also achieved good results.Since BIM is an emerging technology,there are many uncertainties in the actual management and application process In order to reduce the risks brought by the application of BIM technology and improve the effect of use,the risks in the application process need to be analyzed and studied urgently.Based on the analysis of relevant documents and research results of BIM technology application at home and abroad,combined with years of experience in BIM projects,this paper conducts the following research on the main risk assessment of the use of BIM technology by construction companies in China during the construction phase:First,use literature research In combination with questionnaire surveys,the main risk factors are identified,risk factor indicators are determined,and a risk factor system including 5 primary and 26 secondary factors including technology,economy,environment,management,and talent is formed;Establish a risk evaluation index system for construction companies applying BIM technology;secondly,use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each risk factor index,establish a risk evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the overall risk;finally,take the H project as a case Conduct empirical research,analyze the risk factors of construction companies using BIM technology in the project,use risk evaluation models to verify the scientificity and applicability of the built model,and find out the factors that affect the application of BIM technology by construction companies based on the calculation results of the model.The main risks are:it is difficult to change the traditional business process of construction companies;the extensive management model of engineering projects has gradually become difficult to match the production model of the digital age;stakeholders’ goals and positioning for the application of BIM technology are not clear;investment returns are not clear;information Low sharing;lack of unified standards and implementation procedures;lack of BIM professionals and other risk factors.Based on the development status of the construction industry and the status of the application of BIM technology,it analyzes the reasons for its main risks from the five aspects of technology,economy,environment,management and talents,and proposes feasible countermeasures for the control of the above risk factors.This article enriches the theories related to BIM technology and risk management,and provides a certain theoretical basis and practical value for the application and promotion of BIM technology in the future.
