The Applied Research On Location Of Private Kindergarten In Tangshan City Community

Since "private education promotion law in the people’s republic of China" was enacted in2002, private kindergartens have been increasing rapidly and become an important force of the pre-school career. Location is the primary consideration for kindergarten investment, and reasonable or not, largely determines the success or failure of the project. Large-scale and long payback period are the most important characters of the kindergarten project investment. Therefore, blind investment is likely to cause irreparable damage. Because of the lack of a systematic approach to the guidance, reality kindergarten in the site selection process is tended to act only depending on experience. Kindergarten might be similar to retail in site selection. Although the study about the latter one is quite mature at home and abroad, the former one should be paid more attention because of few researches in this area.This thesis is based on Tangshan city. Firstly, this thesis researches the location theory and factors affecting site selection of general commercial fields at home and abroad. Combined with the author’s work experience and on-site research work, the scope of Tangshan city community private kindergarten-site study of radiation was defined and Tangshan city community private kindergarten site characteristics were analyzed. Tangshan city community private kindergarten site index system was set up according the study. The thesis chooses the form of expert interviews to evaluate the scoring and trade-offs. The final index system including five-level indicators and18secondary indicators was set up.Secondly this thesis chooses the method of AHP to determine the index weight. After that, the author chooses the method of fuzzy matter element analysis for follow-up evaluation, because it has special advantage of the uncertain relationship between the various factors.Finally, case study is used to test the effectiveness of the index system. The author selected six well-known private kindergartens in Tangshan city. After date collecting, the fuzzy matter element analysis method was applied to sample the degree of membership of each index. At last, this thesis introduced the weight into the fuzzy matter-element formula and calculated the sorting. The outcome showed the ordering of the six kindergartens is consistent with the sample ranking according to the total number of young children in school.
