Environmental control system(ECS) is an important system of modern aircraft,it is ofgreat significance to guarantee the normal work of the crew and the safety of cabinpassengers.However,accident/incident related to the environment control system home andabroad happened frequently,and the information of accidents has the characteristics of hugeinformation,complex distribution,which is difficult to the accident analyzing.This article develops a platform for the aircraft cabin environmental control systemaccidents analyzing based on the JAVA/jsp development environment and the B/S architecturemodel.the platform realized the separation of the domain name of manager and client.Withthe function of accidents information increasing,modifying,deleting,querying completed,itcan solve the difficult problem of information search,track,analysis of accident and make thefunction of accident data management and analysis on one platform.This article analysis theaccidents related to environmental control system in past ten years with the platform above,the accident type and cause of accident were mainly analyzed,for each accident type,thereason of accident is analyzed,considering the working principle of ECS.As a result,the mainfactor which cause the typical types of accident caused by the cabin environment abnormal isensured,and corresponding safety suggestion is raised.This article studies the working principle of ECS including the bleed air system,air cyclerefrigeration system,air distribution system,pressure control system and the temperaturesystem in order to do a better analysis about the accident and a better research to the dynamicprocess of the accident development.This article established each subsystem and itscomponents model for ECS in Matlab/Simulink firstly,and controller parameters wereadjusted for the simulation in high precision model in AMESim simulation software.Resultsshows that the established model is accurate and can realize the calculation of the keyparameters of key position in ECS.Finally,this article select the cabin pressure and cabin temperature abnormal as theresearch object based on the analysis result of the accident information,and the simulation foraccidents were done.Fault was injected based on the description of the accidentinformation,and the accident was calculated in the AMESim software.The simulation result shows that the model can realized the repetition of accident and the estimation of importantunknow information,in addition,the risk assessment is done which is useful to the in-depthresearch about the dynamic development process of accident and the flight safety.Throughthe study of this article a kind of general researching method of flight accident is got,it canfulfill the analyzing of accident and the research of mechanism and development process ofaccidents, it will improve the ability of flight accident analysis and investigation and has aguiding significance to the safe operation of civil aviation, and it plays a positive role tooptimization design of domestic large aircraft’s environmental control system and theairworthiness compliance verification technology of our country.
