Along with the Civil Aviation ever-increasing frequency of flights, flight safety issues play a more prominent role in various civil aviation enterprises, and aviation security is increasingly becoming the focus of public attention. In this paper, the 3D reappearance system of aviation accident analysis is based on MultiGen/Vega, and is the combination of the data analysis and the graphical analysis, including three parts: historical data analysis, flight data processing and 3D flying reappearance. For the historical data, the concept of roughness from rough set theory is introduced into the ID3 algorithm which is a traditional construction algorithm of decision tree; construct decision tree of accident causes to support its judgment. For the actual radar data, the location, speed and other data of target is calculated in accordance with standard transmission format for analysis; complete the coordinate transformation and parameters derivation of the calculated data. For the flight process, 3D terrain is generated according to the actual elevation data; accomplish real-time driver of the terrain, aircraft and other objects for real-time drive through the reading of the aircraft position, speed and other parameters; reproduce aircraft flying process. The mutual control verification of data analysis and graphical analysis achieves the analysis of the accident auxiliary function and provides new analytical methods and ideas for the analysis of aircraft accidents.
