With the rapid development of China’s economy and the surge in car ownership, trafficproblems have become increasingly severe traffic congestion, traffic safety, noise and otherissues increasingly prominent on the highway the vehicle speed is too high, prone to accidentsand the impact caused. When these traffic incidentswill result in huge losses, whether economicor human losses, left unchecked will affect social stability and people’s happiness.In studying the traffic information service center for the application, the first event ofdamage to the traffic characteristics of the analysis, including spatial and temporal scope of thealert assessment that freeway traffic incident and delay the impact on highway traffic incidentsaffect the recovery time, as well as Event Space Highway Traffic Impact Analysis and researchmethods, and emergency needs of the highway were analyzed, explained improve highwayemergency rescue of importance and urgency.Warning for highway traffic incident, analyzed the traffic incident random and sporadic,the impact of the incident caused by the model to describe the analysis of the development trendof the accident. In this paper, systems thinking, and then build the knowledge base and inferenceengine to quickly assess the appropriate level of expert system warning system, and finally canbe developed for different levels of disaster warning a different pre-control measures.For highway traffic accident after dispatch emergency resources, this paper analyzes theprinciples and strategies of emergency resource scheduling, resource scheduling to determinethe emergency rescue processthe final trailer for the specific case of the scheduling modelestablished validated. When the accident occurred, in accordance with the principles andstrategies of emergency rescue resource scheduling determined, according to the resourcescheduling model under various conditions were optimal scheduling efficiency, so as tominimize the highway emergencies caused by the life and property damage.
