| Residential construction should adhere to the people-centered design principles, embody the harmony of human and nature, coordination of society and nature. China is a country with a large population, a variety of resources per capita is at a low level, land as a scarce resource, its non renewable characteristics, but also increased with intense trend of residential. Therefore, the limited land, the construction of a high-quality residential, to improve the living conditions, improve the living quality is an important problem we are facing. The sky gardens and high-rise buildings are combined, it is aimed at the Chinese living environment to make exploratory practice. According to the development status at home and abroad, combined with the author’s working practice, on the basis of following ecological concept and nature, this paper expounds the garden type high-rise residential design, construction and maintenance problems, and applying it to the design practice, hope that the benefit of high rise residential design in our country.This paper firstly discusses the background, content and scope of the study, introduces the research object and methods, to clarify the purpose and significance of the research, sorting logic framework of research work. The second part of the thesis defines the concept of tall buildings and sky gardens, reviews the construction of high-rise buildings and air garden history, lists some representative works of Contemporary High-rise Buildings and air garden combination. As the focus of this article, the author discusses the third part of the thesis, from the design, construction level analysis of the design methods, the current implementation of sky gardens in high-rise residential building technology. Explains the influence of natural environment, the national building code, structure and load factors on the garden type high-rise residential; discusses the construction of garden style high-rise residential system of plant and its cultivation, soil, planting container, water supply and drainage system, landscape furniture, lighting and other hardware facilities requirements and maintenance problems solution; and the top garden residential development in the future is prospected. The paper finally to participate in Lianyungang Yi Jiangnan residential projects in the case analysis, and probes into the architectural design problems of garden style high-rise residential. |
