Study On Quality Supervision In Anshan City Affordable Housing Project

With the deepening of the national projects that benefit the construction of affordablehousing construction has become a key to the implementation of the Home Ownership policy.But in the construction of affordable housing in the process, quality problems are frequentproblems, serious impact on the national policy of benefiting the public recognition.This study is for the construction of affordable housing in the process of qualityproblems are frequent phenomena, from the perspective of quality control, for affordablehousing construction quality control problems have been studied in this paper, the researchprocess, first for affordable housing and classification of experts were analyzed in detail thetheoretical basis of the relevant national protection of housing construction, and to Anshanspecific case studies, depth and quality of basic regulatory status quo Anshan affordablehousing construction, and the current affordable housing construction quality problems in theregulatory process summarized. Thus effectivelyachieve perfect quality control engineering, the purpose of improving Anshan qualityaffordable housing project.
