Reserch On Information Management Of Power Plant Construction Under EPC Mode

The EPC general contract mode is a kind of engineering construction mode generally implemented in international projects, which has been applied and promoted in domestic large-scale power plant project. Positive promotion of the EPC mode would be helpful to improve enterprises’ competitiveness in power plant projects’ construction, to accelerate the process of engagement with international power engineering company management mode.Currently, the information construction in power engineering construction industry is developing faster, promotion of information technique are focused by each companies, in order to improve management. Those enterprises, of which the business area is power plant construction under EPC mode, are discussing methods about how to improve management levels by application of information technology. However, no existed methods of information technology could be implemented currently.This paper stands at the point of enterprises’management of power plant project construction under EPC mode, management of information technology for EPC projects is illustrated. By reference checking and situations investigation, features of information management of EPC mode for power plant construction and situation of information construction for EPC enterprises are analyzed.
