| According to the two difficult problems about the implementation of configured pulsesand the high precision acquisition of sensor weak signal, this paper determines a set offeasible design scheme in the ground test equipment, through analyzing and researching thetheory. This paper proves the feasibility of the scheme and puts forward correspondingsolutions for the technical difficulties in the process of implementation which may be appear.In the module of the implementation of configured pulses, this paper achieves thefunction of controlling solenoid valve of engine with high speed switching. According to theproblem that solenoid valve is difficult to control accurately, this topic proposed therealization way of solenoid valve can be configured to achieve pulse, establish the responsetime model of the solenoid valve, analyze the factors affecting the response time of theelectromagnetic valve, and optimized driving circuit of the electromagnetic valve, thusrealizing the solenoid valve response time to be minimization.In high precision sensor acquisition module, this paper achieves the function of highaccuracy sampling of weak signal sensor. This paper establish a model of acquisition linkabout each part, analysis various factors influence of the system accuracy; at the same time,puts forward the corresponding solution to improve the precision of the system through thedetailed theoretical analysis about the key bottleneck of technology of each module. Finally,the paper calculates the error analysis of acquisition link in each part to prove that the systemcan achieve1/1000accuracy.Finally, this paper conduct the complete test of the rolling control measurement device,through the analysis and calculation of the test data showed that the device fully comply withthe design of performance index. Two modules about controlling and high precisionacquisition are integrated in the same device, high integration, and the other slot of the systemis easy to expand other card. |
