In the process of aerospace flight test,data acquisition and storage technology plays a vital role in the processing and analysis of key parameters inside the equipment.With the upgrading of flight equipment,its internal structure design has become more complex and sophisticated,and its performance requirements have become higher and higher.Therefore,designing a highprecision,high-reliability acquisition and editing storage system has become one of the research hotspots in the field of military industry.For the dynamic measurement and control system,great progress has been made in the research on the acquisition of analog signals,the processing of digital signals,and the storage of data.However,there is still a lack of further research on improving acquisition accuracy and reducing storage errors.These researches are very necessary for the development of high reliability and high precision acquisition and programming memory.Based on the research and development task of "integrated measurement system design" in a certain aerospace institute,according to the project function and index requirements,this paper designs a high-precision multi-channel acquisition,editing and storage integrated measurement system based on FPGA.The whole design of the system is based on FPGA as the main control core.First,the front-end signal conditioning circuit is used to perform anti-aliasing filtering processing on the 64-channel sensor signals of different frequencies,and then the measured signals are evenly sent to the AD conversion chip through the analog switch switching channel.Digital conversion processing,and then the FPGA master writes the converted digital quantity into the Flash memory module for block storage,and finally performs algorithm error correction for the storage error problem.The entire design hardware mainly includes: antialiasing filter circuit,channel switching control circuit,analog-to-digital conversion circuit,data storage circuit,power supply circuit and other circuit designs;software aspects mainly include: data uniform sampling logic design,analog-to-digital conversion control logic design,Flash block storage logic design,error correction algorithm design based on BCH coding principle.Through the product test of the acquisition,compilation and storage integrated measurement system,the results show that the system realizes acquisition,compilation and storage of multi-channel analog quantities,and ensures zero error storage of data,which fully meets the requirements of design indicators,and can be fully applied to the "lake surface ejection" test of an aircraft.It has laid a solid foundation for the subsequent research and development of higher-performance products of this type.
