With the global traditional energy crisis and environmental pollution intensifies, solarphotovoltaic power generation as a clean green energy is favored by all countries of the world.It is predicted that solar photovoltaic power generation will occupy an important position inthe world’s energy consumption structure in the twenty-first century, not only to replace thetraditional energy sector, but also and will become the mainstay of the world’s energy supply.As research and development of photovoltaic power plants is later in our country, relatedequipment and technology is not mature enough, a lot of research is still in the exploratorystage. Investors can’t understand the risk of photovoltaic power plant project fully andobjectively, as well as their use of risk management theory knowledge is insufficient, whichrestricted the development of photovoltaic power plants in our country in some extent.Photovoltaic power station has characteristics of complex system of investment projects, biginvestment amount, long investment cycle and high technical requirement etc. There arecertainly to have a variety of risk factors in the process of project investment, which needinvestment decision-makers to do in the process of risk decision is to do a good job of PVpower plant investment project risk management, prevent and treat all kinds of risk in theproject in a timely manner to avoid losses caused by risk, security investment gains The riskmanagement of PV power plant investment project including risk identification, risk analysisand assessment and risk control.This article identified and analyzed all the risk of PV power plant investment projects,and classify them by collecting relevant information, using expert investigation method, doon-the-spot investigation and oral consultation and reviewed the related literatures. Based onthe actual photovoltaic power plant investment project C for case analysis, then distinguishand evaluate the various risk factors of project C. Then calculated the risk weighting of eachrisk factor, that is the possibility of various risk factors and to the effects of C projectinvestment earnings targets by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to set up photovoltaicpower station investment project risk factor hierarchical structure model. Combined with thefuzzy analysis method work out the PV power plant investment project risk level, which isconvenient for investors to make a project risk decision.
