The Design Of Large Shipbuilding Gantry Crane Electrical Control System

Because of its large structure, load tonnage in hundreds of tons of electric control system, so it must be accurate and reliable.This paper firstly introduces the current development of the Large Shipbuilding Gantry Crane, according to the main circuit, control circuit and safety loop three part discusses in detail the structure of crane electrical control system, and the corresponding to the electrical control system of Large Shipbuilding Gantry Crane were analyzed and designed. The following three factors are considered in the design of integrated price:the security of the whole, the overall stability and the entire system, control based on actual requirements, including:design, power supply system design scheme of driving control system single line diagram calculation, selection system and motor is determined, the system hardware and software selection, the design key point and deviation between the rigid leg and soft leg control.Based on the background of Dalian Shipyard Co. Ltd is a factory ship production line one sets of400tons of Large Shipbuilding Gantry Crane project, in accordance with the requirements of actual control, the electrical control system were designed in details. The project put into operation in2012December, the safe and stable operation of equipment.
