Feasibility Study On Coastal Protection Project Of Suoyu Bay In Dalian

Suoyu Bay is located in the northern part of Dalian, where three districts of Xigang, Shahekou, and Ganjingzi meet. The bay area is flat on the whole, opsite Dalian port. The bay area is the estuary where several rivers pass through. Hence the bay area is one of the best pieces of constructive coastal land in the city of Dalian. The bay area was historically beautiful. However, with the rapid development of the city, the incomparable beauty of the bay area has been devastated and exhausted, leaving only battered old shantytown with heaps of rubbish.For the above, this paper remodeling coast coastline landscape with planning and construction of the project feasibility study, this study covers40.46hectares scale land reclamation to form, the new revetment total length of2638.74meters, in addition to the transformation of the existing revetment length of956.12meters. Thesis layout and structure of the program carried out scheme comparison, analyzes the economic, social and environmental impact of the project, the project demonstrates compliance with the economic development needs, the Barracuda Bay have greatly improved the environment. Analysis of the impact of natural conditions and construction conditions on the project, presented in the form of a preferred layout plan and landscape revetment structure.Through various comparison and computational analysis, the final results of the project is technically and economically feasible.
