Research On Landscape Design Of The Town Ecological Revetment

With the rapid advancement of urbanization, the landscape of town riverbanks suffer serious devastation, the rigidity revetment replaces the ecological revetment, the beach is occupied, the water quality deteriorate and so on, so lots of the aquatic organism lose their habitat. The revetment is an important part of the river, the revetment plays an important role in maintaining river ecosystem integrity, protecting the security of the residents and highlighting regional features, so it is necessary to take ecological and natural landscape design for the destroyed rivers to landscape and ecology restoration.Firstly this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign theory and practice progress about landscape design of the revetment, including the landscape design of ecological adaptability revetment, the technology application of restoration, evaluation indicator and so on.Secondly this paper takes the Guitang River in Changsha city, the Weishui in Ningxiang County and the Lijiang in Changsha County for investigation objects, takes detail investigation for the section forms of revetment, the plant community, the landscape form, the water quantity and so on, analyzes the revetment type of town rivers, landscape effect and existing problems, and concludes the ecological problems that the high rigidity revetments change the natural river form and geomorphic feature, abusing the artificial material prevents the energy and biology flow between the water and revetment, the revetment engineer facilities isolate the integrality of nature system, and the landscape problems which include drab landscape, destroying landscape, unreasonable layout, ignoring historical context.Thirdly according to the survey of town rivers, the paper derives the ecological significance, ecological characteristic of town rivers, the notion of the ecology adaptability and the meaning of the ecology adaptability landscape, discusses the revetment form design from the revetment plan, longitudinal section and transverse section, explores the ways of the plant landscape design from the plant community construction, the choice of the revetment plants and the plant configuration. At the same time, the paper heavily explores the ecology adaptability revetment design from the plant design, the different speed of water, the polluted rivers, the narrow zone rivers, the existing rigidity revetment transformation.Finally, this paper takes the east riverside of Weishui in Ningxiang County for an example, uses the landscape design theory of ecology adaptability revetment design into the example, hopes to verify the above theory through example, and guides the future work and study.The landscape design study of the town river revetment has an important significance to the development of rivers, we should consider its unique geography and humanity environment to design the ecological revetment fit for the local environment.
