This paper investigates test methods and engineering applications of precast enforcedconcrete structures which are widely used in the architecture and bridge engineering. Ithas not been seen at home that a moving-load testing device can be used to detectmechanical properties of precast enforced concrete beam and slab subjected to movingloads. The paper concentrates the operational principle and device structure of amoving-load testing device.According to theoretical arithmetic and codes for design of mechanics structures,three-dimensional model of the moving-load testing machine is initially built whosestructure is similar to cranes, the universal testing machine and the track loading vehicle.By the static structure analysis, the Von-Mises stress, the safety factor and thedisplacement of the main structure of the testing machine were got to verify itsreliability in the aspect of strength and stiffness. Analysing fatigue property shows thatthe fatigue life of the testing machine is107, which can prove that the fatigue failurewill not happen. Based on the dynamic characteristics, the analysis for the naturalfrequency and the vibration mode has shown that the testing machine will not resonatewhen it is working at rated conditions.The paper expounds that the three-dimensional model of the moving-load testingmachine has been built, and has done the simulation analysis for the main structure ofthe testing machine. It verifies the reliability of the testing machine in the aspect ofstrength, stiffness, fatigue life and vibration properties. The research work of the paperhas made the beneficial exploration to the precast structure of test method and testdevice. It also has great significance to the development of the testing device of thebridge structure and the engineering application and the testing method of the precaststructure.
