With the rapid development of urban construction, water supply and drainageengineering and power supply engineering have become more complex. The demandof manhole is more than before and the distribution is more intensive. The quality ofcovers affects people’s travel safety. The noise when the vehicle passes through thecover is an important part of environment pollution of the urban.Inspection covers testing machine can detect the standards of inspection covers,which plays an important role in traffic safety. China has many manufacturingcompany manufacturing pressure testing machine. These companies are constantlyinnovative technology to improve testing machine detection capabilities. But now theinnovation focused on static detection accuracy, and no inspection covers for dynamicload testing. These machines are difficult to adapt the current market requirements.This paper has been developed the testing machine with the function of dynamic andstatic test. This machine is able to use the same device to complete dynamic and statictest.Firstly, according to the design requirements of the statement, plan the wholestructure and workflows. Complete virtual prototype machine design of static structure,the ejection structure, slide structure and any other parts. Based on the parameterrequirements, design and check every part of machine. Then design the hydraulicsystems and detection systems. Then, combine various parts of machine. At last, thestructural design and system design of the static and dynamic testing machine werefinished.Secondly, with the completion of structural design of the testing machine,complete the static analysis, dynamic analysis and acoustic analysis for testingmachine. Statics analysis used AYSYS to check the strength and stiffness of the mainstructure. Kinetic analysis used ADAMS and LS-DYNA to verify the reasonablenessof catapult structure and damping structure. Acoustic analysis used Virtual.lab toanalyze the collision sound of the damping part and rack part, and based on analysisresults to improve the structure in order to achieve noise reduction. The analysis of testmachine’s finite element and acoustic analysis showed that the test machine structuremeets the strength and stiffness requirements.According to the design of the machine, manufacture a dynamic and static testingmachine. Then make experiments of hydraulic system, the detection system and otherparts. The experimental results showed that the dynamic and static testing machine canmeet the design requirements of all indicators. Testing machine can do the dynamicand static experiment well. The machine can’t detect the noise with the AR814digitalnoise meter. Then this paper uses the method of combine the Cubase SX software and compute. Present the electrical amplitude of covers when the vehicle passes throughthe cover as the standard which provides technical support and special equipment fornew standard-setting of covers.
