Study On The Measure Of Planning For Conservation And Utilization Of Industrial Heritage In Hefei

Industrial heritage is the living fossil of urban industrial civilization and socialdevelopment.The research on protection and utilization of industrial heritage has beenwidely carried out around the world. Some large cities and typical industrial cities in ourcountry have also been working on the protection and use of the city Hefei as the capitalprovince of Anhui, is the regional center in the process of rapid development, with theadjustment of industrial structure also led to the relocation of the old industrialenterprises and industrial ruins generation. Method for processing the relationshipbetween these industrial monuments and urban development, are becoming thechallenges and urgency proposition of Hefei. However there is a blank in the systematicstudy of the results for the Hefei industrial heritage. In this context, drawing on thesuccessful experience of foreign industrial heritage protection and utilization, rationaland effective protection of these industrial heritages, to inherit and carry forward thespirit of the city and the urban context are very important.In this paper, starting from the comparative study of the theory and practice related indomestic and international field the protection and reuse of industrial heritage ideas,policies, protection mode were compared and analyzed at home and abroad. Meanwhile,the practice of industrial heritage protection and utilization of domestic and foreign aresummed up. On this basis, the value and reuse patterns of industrial heritage arediscussed. Then, sort out the background of Hefei urban development and industriallayout changes. Focusing on exploring the value of existing industrial heritage in Hefei,the problems of Industrial Heritage, Protection and Utilization in Hefei are analyzedfrom various perspectives. Finally, for the existing problems, in terms of the guidingideology and the planning principles, the assessment of value and the formulation ofprotection list, planning proposals and implement safeguards are suggested. A typicalcase is studied about the protection and reuse of Hefei industrial heritage to verify itsrationality and feasibility.Finally, summarizes the main conclusions of this study, and raised the limitationsof the studies and the issue in further research studies.
