| The construction industrialization and the residential industrialization is thedevelopment direction of construction industry. The reinforced concrete superimposedslab with lattice gird in this paper is made of precast concrete and cast-in concrete.Compared with ordinary slab, the superimposed can shorten the construction period,reduce project cost, waste less building materials and protect constructionenvironment. What’s more, it can be used widely and made flexibly.By the static loading test of reinforced concrete superimposed slab with lattice gird,this paper studies the failure mode and mechanical properties of the slab withconnection at the end of the slab and with connection at the side of the slab. Analysesthe different failure modes between fully cast-in-place superimposed slabs andsuperimposed slabs with connection either at the edge or at the side.Test results show that the joining together of composite plate setting flat-fell seamlattice gird to control across the development of crack, improved flat-fell seam in oldand new concrete composite surface delaminating phenomenon have largercontribution; Along the long plate set lattice gird have the effect of orientation fracture,limits the cracks along the vertical launch; Along the width set lattice gird because ofthe lower chord in tension can enhance the bearing capacity of composite plate andeffectively reduce the number of superimposed slab cracks. Splicing superimposedslab lattice gird flat-fell seam of encryption can make the damage form of compositeplate for ductile damage, mechanical performance and the whole cast-in-situcomposite plate are basically the same.Based on the test,this paper develops theautomatic parameter modeling program using PYTHON language and Basic languageon the basis of ABAQUS and applies the program to model calculation. The goodagreement of the calculated results with the test results verifies the feasibility of theprogram. |
