Prefabricated construction has the advantages of short construction period,high production efficiency and high grade of engineering quality and safety.The construction methods of environmental protection and efficient production could meet China's construction industry strategic transformation and development requirements.Precast floor slab is an important part of prefabricated construction,in this paper,there is a new type of precast concrete slab-grouted prefabricated concrete slab was studied.Grouted prefabricated concrete slab as a force as a whole consists of two parts are made up precast concrete strip slabs with lateral hollow-core and cast-in-place reinforced concrete.There are lateral hollow-cores on the side of precast concrete strip slab,which could conducive to lateral overlap with cast-in-place reinforced concrete.The section height of the precast concrete strip slab with lateral hollow-core is the section height of the grouted prefabricated concrete slab that is thinner than superimposed slab in the same span To achieve economic performance.In addition,there have dry working surface for workers during the construction,at the same times,avoiding the traditional construction work caused by the drawbacks and reducing the impact to the construction environment.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Experimental study on static performance of precast concrete strip slabs with lateral hollow-coreThe static tests were carried out of two sets of four specimens of 3000× 596 × 100mm3 precast concrete strip slabs with lateral hollow-core.The results showed that the ultimate bearing capacity is higher than the theoretical limit bearing capacity and the calculating bearing capacity has sufficient safety reserves according to the code.The specimen has obvious damage omen with sufficient rigidity and resistance to deformation.(2)Experimental study on static performance of grouted prefabricated concrete two-way slabThe static tests were carried out of two sets of two specimens of 4000× 3200× 100mm3 grouted prefabricated concrete two-way slabs.The results showed that the ultimate bearing capacity is higher than the theoretical limit bearing capacity and the calculating bearing capacity has sufficient safety reserves according to the code.The specimen has obvious damage omen with sufficient rigidity and resistance to deformation.The force of slab was changed from one-way of pre-slab in construction phase to two-way of whole slab in the use phase.The distributions of crack at the bottom of the slab accord with the characteristics of the two-way slab,and the distribution and density of the crack indicated that the specimens are good in integrity and the stress is reasonable.(3)Experimental study on static performance of grouted prefabricated concrete one-way slab with cantilever plate at both endsThe static tests were carried out of two sets of two specimens of 5120× 1320 × 100mm3 grouted prefabricated concrete one-way slab with cantilever plate at both ends.The results showed that the ultimate bearing capacity is higher than the theoretical limit bearing capacity and the calculating bearing capacity has sufficient safety reserves according to the code.negative reinforcement could bear the moment and shear,the negative reinforcement has a reasonable layout and the specimens are good in integrity.(4)Finite element simulation analysis of specimens based on ABAQUSThe test results are in good agreement with the simulation results after simulate the test specimens by using the large generic ABAQUS finite element software,which show that the simulation model and parameters are reliable.This paper provides the basis for engineering design and theoretical analysis.
