| The steel reinforced concrete structure,also known as SRC composite structure,is a new type of structure developed on the traditional structural systems.Compared with the reinforced concrete structure and the steel structure,this new type of structure has larger bearing capacity,stiffness and overall stability,and performs well in earthquake energy dissipation.Therefore,it is more and more widely used in practical engineering,bringing tremendous social and economic benefits.From the initial use of high-rise,super-high-rise structures to bridges with large spans and various structural forms,the related specification and theories of the steel and reinforced concrete composite structure are becoming more and more mature.At present,most of the researches on steel reinforced concrete composite structure at home and abroad are about the composite beams,columns,beam-column joints and shear walls.There are few researches on the slabs.Based on this,this article puts forward a new type of slab called steel and reinforced concrete composite slab,researching the load-carrying properties by using the ABAQUS finite element analysis software,the specific contents are as follows:(1)According to the research status of composite structure,this paper summarize the basic construction,failure type and calculation theories of bearing capacity and deformation of profiled steel sheeting-concrete composite slab,steel and concrete composite beam and SRC beam.(2)Considering the advantages of the steel reinforced concrete structure,the steel reinforced concrete composite slab is designed,and the structural requirements,the mechanism of bond and slip are also introduced.(3)The model of slab are established through ABAQUS finite element software to study the load-bearing performance of the slab under the one-third loading,the parameters such as constitutive relation,constraint condition,and boundary conditions are set without considering the slippage between steel and concrete.(4)Keeping the same condition of section size,material grade and number of members,this thesis select 9 blocks of slabs,and changes part of the factors to explore the effects on the bearing capacity and the deflection,such as the height of the steel mesh,the thickness of the protective layer of the profile flange,the spacing of the steel and the width of the profile flange.Finally selects the optimal layout for the slab according to the above analysis. |
