In this paper,an energy center building in Lianyungang City is taken as the object of study.First,the performance of the air source heat pump located in the energy center is tested,and it is found that the heating effect is not good due to the frosting problem on the surface of the evaporator.Then the paper analyzes the influence of local climatic conditions on heat pump,construction and energy consumption,hot and cold load of the building,and available equipment in energy center.We found that in winter,the cost of energy consumption and maintenance are high of air source heat pump.Based on the research of equipment in energy center,there are three options to system energy saving,and using TRNSYS software to simulate the performance and energy consumption of heat pump.Transformation scheme 1:In order to solve the problem of frosting of air source heat pump in winter,the sprinkler is installed on the finned tube heat exchange,and the lake is used as the water source in the vicinity of the building.Three kinds of methods for delaying the corrosion of fins are proposed for the corrosively of lake water,and the actual situation of air source heat pump is analyzed one by one.The data shows that the cathodic protection method of corrosive agent 8 or sacrificial magnesium anode is more suitable for solving the problems existing in this scheme.The program’s TRNSYS simulation result shows that the heat pump annual energy consumption of 806330kW·h,the annual average COP up to 3.22.Transformation scheme 2:In order to further reduce the energy consumption of the heat pump and to make full use of the lake water energy near the building,it is transformed into a water source heat pump by connecting the auxiliary air source heat pump in parallel with an auxiliary evaporator,and the lake water near the building is used as the water source.The TRNSYS simulation of the scheme shows that the energy consumption of the lake water source heat pump is higher than that of the air source without frost heat pump in the early stage of the heating,but the summer energy consumption is low.Annual energy consumption of heat pump is 713761kW0·h,the annual average COP up to 3.58.Transformation scheme 3:In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption caused by performance attenuation,the energy center can lay the solar collector area of 500m2 to increase the solar water heating system to help the lake water source heat pump.The TRNSYS simulation shows that although the laying of 500m2 solar collectors in winter provides far less heat than the lake water source heat pump,but the energy saving effect is excellent.In the solar assisted water source heat pump systems,the heat pump annual energy consumption of 642500.3kW · h,the annual average COP up to 3.69.Finally,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the operation after the air source heat pump is retrofitted in the city of Lianyungang in the whole year,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the improvement of the traditional air source heat pump.The analysis shows that the three transformation programs have reached the goal of saving energy.To the annual operation of energy consumption for the benchmark,the third program of solar energy assisted the lake water source heat pump is the best,followed by the second program of the lake water source heat pump,the first program of the air source without frost heat pump is the worst.The results of this study can provide a reference solution for improving the energy efficiency of building air conditioning in areas similar to Lianyungang.
