In recent years, with China’s rapid economic development, it is the rapid increasebuilding energy consumption, China’s building energy monitoring gradually raised to ahigher demand, the state has issued a "Technical code of energy consumed monitoringsystems for large-sacle public buildings","renewable energy demonstration project datamonitoring systems technical Guidelines " that urged the country to improve themonitoring levels of building energy consumption, it has established a public buildingenergy consumption monitoring platform in the Chongqing area since2010, coveringinformation of221office buildings.In2012the Ministry of housing and Urban-ruralDevelopment of the people’s Republic of China again issued on the promotion ofrenewable energy applications data monitoring system construction work notice, thatemphasis on the application of renewable energy systems monitoring platform to build asystem. As a matter of renewable energy technology, ground source heat pump isushering in an unprecedented rapid development due to its advantages of saving energy,the paper focused on developing strategies and monitoring systems of ground sourceheat pump system in Chongqing area and carried out the following research:From the climatic features and characteristics of various types of buildings inChongqing area,the paper starts dynamic load characteristic simulation analysis, fromthe perspective of cumulative load, the paper analyzesthe imbalance of the the totalheat load and the cold load of office buildings throughout the year and the imbalance oftotal heat load and cold load of ground heat exchanger; from the perspective of dynamicload changes, the paper analyzedair-conditioning load rate distribution ofair-conditioner’s load and ground heat exchanger load in the Chongqing area officebuildings in the whole year.By a ground source heat pump system measured, the status of the heat pumpsystem running now is actually understood. The paper focused on analysis of theenergy efficiency of the ground source heat pump system; through summer and winterwork measuring ground source heat pump system of office buildings,it analyzed toobtain the actual operation of the air conditioning load of the annual rate of officebuildings with ground heat load distribution rate distribution and ratio analysis andsimulation conclusions.On the different phenomerna exhibited between the ground source heat pump system and other inefficient GSHP systems,the paper analyzed the advantages of itsproposed system of monitoring strategy for its regulatory strategy. Finally aimed atundesirable phenomena appearing, it proposed monitoring strategy auxiliarily.Measured by energy simulation and engineering methods, the paper drawed thefollowing clnclusions on office building air conditioning load distribution and groundsource heat pump system monitoring strategy:1) According to the dynamic energy simulation results, from the perspective ofchanges in load intensity starting in Chongqing office building applications GSHPsystem is designed to load25-50%of the longest running, ground heat load rate ismainly distributed in the whole year range of75%to100%; departure from the annualcumulative load angle, the cumulative proportion of building air conditioning coolingload and the accumulated heat load is34/100,geotechnical cumulative heat gain andheat loss ratio of cumulative23/100. Measurement and analysis of ground source heatpump, air-conditioned office buildings in the load factor for the year was mainlydistributed in the range of50%to75%, ground heat load rate in the year was mainlydistributed in the range of50to75percent.load of building air conditioning and groundheat exchanger is in dynamic changes not only in different seasons throughout a yearbut also in different hours throughout a day.2) Monitoring strategy GSHP systems monitored object: user-side watertemperature of inlet and outlet of heat pump, water flow, inlet and outlet pressure ofwater pump, pump power consumption, water temperature of inlet and outlet of groundheat exchanger,water flowand geotechnical temperature.
