Radial ball piston pump, a new structure of hydraulic pumps, reciprocating partsis based on ceramic ball as in sports having both sliding and rolling the ball in theprocess, which will help reduce friction and wear, making ball piston pump to berunning at high speed environment, thereby increasing pump output flow, with asimple and compact structure, high power density. In response to the call of currentenergy-saving, avoiding wastage of energy, now presents the new ball piston pumpbased on variable displacement pump--distorted elliptical orbit variable ball pistonpump with constant pressure, it is based on the distortion ellipse as the track curve,using constant pressure on ball piston pump of variable flow output control.This subject from following several aspects on constant pressure type distortionoval track variable ball plug pump for analysis: first introduced has radial hydraulicpump of distribution flow way and the the variable pump of structure and workprinciple, on pump of variable institutions for design, and on the variable institutionsfor has static and dynamic analysis; second according to distortion oval stator trackcurve on the pump of output characteristics, and mechanical characteristics for hasdetailed analysis; last for the variable pump of characteristics analysis specificallydevelopment out a paragraph based on MATLAB GUI of software.Pump design aspects: combines currently main distribution flow way of features,for the structure variable pump used axis distribution flow way for distribution flow,detailed introduced has constant pressure type distortion oval track variable ball plugpump of work principle, and draws out its three dimensional model, analysis thevariable institutions of characteristics, and draws out variable ball plug pump offlow-pressure characteristics curve, solution out hydraulic system of opened ringpassed function, analysis the hydraulic system in the each parameter on the passedfunction of effects.Pump output: output characteristics of the variable displacement pump is derivedin the ellipse of distortion track curve ball velocity, acceleration and jerk formula, and then from the structural parameters of the pump pulse, kinematics and dynamicssimulation analysis, and study the effects of structural parameters on the performanceof the pump. And Hertzian contact theory to analysis of the contact force between balland track, the contact force formula is derived, and draw its graphics.GUI software design: according to the above results, using MATLAB GUIdesign of a visualized software for easy ball piston pump with constant pressuredistortion ellipse variable output characteristics and mechanical properties wereanalyzed.Through the study of the aspects mentioned above, this constant pressuredistortion ellipse variables follow-up study and prototype manufacturing of ballpiston pump provides theoretical support.
