The Research Of Ball Piston Pump Constant Pressure Water Supply System

The main function of ball pump constant pressure water supply system is to realize the water pressure in pipe equal with the setting by operator, in this system the setting water supply pressure is a constant value, the controlling object is the actual water pressure. In the working period of the system, the goal is to makes the actual pressure equal with the setting pressure. The system based on the ball pump manufactured by laboratory, combined with PLC and electric control device, ball pump constant pressure water supply system compares with the traditional water supply system, it can work in steady flow, lower noise, less energy consumption. According to the requirements of the different using occasions, the system is divided into two types: manual mode and automatic mode, and is equipped with real-time monitoring of text display, made it more convenient.This paper mainly study the system for the following research:Firstly, elaborated the features of new ball pump water supply system, analyzed the researched status at home and abroad, points out the advantages of ball pump constant pressure water supply system in the actual application, through the theoretical analysis of variable frequency constant pressure water supply, point out the principle of energy conservation of frequency conversion constant water supply..The secondly, analyzed the theory of constant pressure water supply system, introduced its approximate mathematical model, designed the automatic mode and manual mode, finished the whole function, process and structure of constant pressure water supply system. Through the analysis of PID controlling principle, completed the system controller, and introduced the PID parameters from the manual setting and debugging methods.Finally, according to the ball pump that made by laboratory to choose other hardware, point out the reason why choose the hardware, according the hardware system to finish the design of circuitry, study the PLC control mode of each control terminal connections. Using the STEP7-Micro/WIN software for making PLC ladder diagram programming, illustrated the role of each block, also used the software for self-tuning of PID parameters, got a group of optimal parameters, designed the signal filter settings and text display.Through the above research, established the system successfully, it can provide the realistic basis of the constant pressure water supply system.
