The new radial piston pump that designed by our college has many advantages, such as structure simplicity, low noise, good capacity of anti-impact, long using time and so on. It has broad applying prospect. The general proportional pressure valve have been researched and used by many people, so they have more exceptional capability. This paper based on the formerly research of the system of radial piston pump. The paper improved the system that using the general electro-hydraulic proportional pressure valve take the place of the last devised pressure valve. And we research that whether the system has good capability.First the paper designed the system based general pressure valve, and contrast with the last system. Study the different capability in theory. And use the software Matlab/Simulink to study the tow systems dynamic capability. Then we can get the concludes: the radial piston pump system with general pressure valve is good than the system with designed pressure valve.Last the paper use the fuzzy PID to control the improved system. And assay the emulated conclude, we can known the system dynamic capability is improved. So the fuzzy PID is good at using in hydraulic system. |
