This paper takes Railway Station in Ji’nan West project as the carrier, through theimplementation of space frame box type hyperboloid can be two times the correction of steelmember production method, shaft cage type three key point layer hyperboloid steel membermounted control method etc. series of key technology research and development work,successfully solved and installation size deviation is difficult to control, auxiliary modifying orfixed long hours making curved surface, the key problems of low utilization rate of materials,ensure the component manufacturing and installation quality, and makes the production costeffectively save.In the traditional jig making method based on the combination of the characteristics ofthis project, development of special shape space frame, and two correction retest technology.Research on the control and special-shaped structure of three layers network installation shaftkey point selection, extraction.1, space frame box type hyperboloid steel component production method, can be twocorrection technology. On the basis of BIM3D building model has been set up, select therequired component fabrication jig, rotating placed into actual production angle to determinethe position of the three-dimensional space frame according with the component contactposition as the key point, three-dimensional coordinates of the location (X, Y, Z) at the sametime as the two correction data forming the reinspection component after welding.2, three key point layer shaft cage type hyperboloid steel components are installed controltechnology.
