The energy problem is one of the problems which have been widely noticed all around the world in 21centry. Our country also face to the problem about the energy and environment stress too large, on the base of saving emission reduction, trying to find a new energy to replace the traditional energy is the pivotal to resolve this problem. As a large agricultural country, we have abundant biomass energy, develop the biomass energy industry, and have already been the important part in the biomass energy field.This paper is base on Northeast Forestry University Biomass energy technique engineering centre on the grinding country"863"scientific research item " Skewed-slot Low Energy Fine Control Heating of Biomass Bio-oil by Flash Pyrolysis and Hybrid Emulsion Fuel New Technology ",do research and devise on producing 1000t BTL main machine mounted steel structure frame.Depend on large scale Finite Element Analysis Software ANSYS analysis-flat, analysis steel structure frame structure whole Modal characteristics and stability, insure main machine mounted steel structure that could meet production line equipment safe and stable operation.Use the finite element method works on the basis characteristic of major unit steel structure, and use the ANSYS software, establish the finite elementv model of the steel structure framework's over-all structure according to the type and size of the project. Analysis the load case works on the frame construction, comprehensive think over the loads distribution and load combination work on the steel structure framework, and do the shape change analysis in the condition of wind load.As one of the base of the dynamic structural analysis now in the world, model analysis is the important part in the dynamic design of frame construction, after did the structural analysis of the major unit steel structure,we got the first 20 step mode of vibration, depend on the result of the model analysis, do the analysis by synthesis for the characteristic of the frame construction, the result shows that this frame has a good rigidity, level lateral sway and the reverse is the main part mode of vibration in the first 20step. Frame construction has well-distributed of the length and width rigidity, the structure is regularization, has good shock resistance. The component on the top and the top of third fourth floor appear part mode of vibration, we need make the twisting resistance and the rigidity of the resistance to lateral bending stronger.Think about the earthquake has large danger, in the purpose to protect the major unit works safely; we did the seismic analysis on the steel structure of the framework. Use the method and the theory about the earthquake, in the ANSYS environment and reference the practical situation do the analysis of the steel structure of the framework, use the ANSYS software do the research of the steel structure of the framework in the earthquake, we got the result that shows major unit steel structure framework in the 71evel earthquake, it didn't have danger large shape change, achieve the purpose of the research. Reach the safe working standard, has good quake-proof function.
