With the pace of urban development,people's living standards are increasing,living conditions are not only a rigid demand,but also the pursuit of a kind of enjoyment.This also leads to the delay of "fever" in the real estate market,and the number of high-rise residential buildings in the city is increasing.In the time of gold,the developers pay more attention to the construction cost to maximize the benefits,and the optimization of structural design plays a vital role in the fine control of the real estate cost.For the structural designer,it is necessary to constantly try new solutions to meet the developers' requirements under the premise of ensuring the safety and rationality of the structure and normal use.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper takes the structural design of a residential building in Heihe,Heilongjiang as the research background,and aims to explore the design of the shear wall structure of the high-rise building and its application in the project.Through the comparison of the two schemes before and after the residential building,the paper uses the PKPM structure design software modeling and analysis.From the calculation results of the calculation book,it is concluded that the shear wall quantity will increase the stiffness of the structure under the wind load,but the excess stiffness will increase the amount of material,but cause the waste;short leg shear wall In the design process,multiple restrictions should be imposed on the components which are unavoidable in the structure,so as to optimize them to a reasonable level.(2)Analyze the mechanical properties of shear wall structures under earthquake.From the adjustment of the shear weight ratio,the optimization of the displacement angle between the seismic action layers,the adjustment of the structural torsion and the consideration of the accidental eccentricity of the structure,the following conclusions are obtained: the shear wall shear weight ratio satisfies both the upper structure and the lower structure,and the layout of the shear wall can be reduced as much as possible so as to achieve the great realization of the shear wall.The arrangement of the shear wall is suitable for the lateral stiffness of the structure,and the optimization of the interlayer displacement angle is the increase or decrease of the vertical member;the structural plane should try to avoid the oversize of the torsion,and should be included in the effect of accidental eccentricity at the same time of adjusting thedisplacement ratio,and the adjustment should be aimed at the relative weak direction of the structure to avoid the influence.Overall indicators.In the process of design,structural designers should study and analyze the design scheme of the building in detail,adhering to the idea of reasonable design,convenient construction and satisfying the normal use after completion.Combining theory with practice,combining technology with benefit,making reasonable planning and creating greater social benefits.
