Loader working device is built bucket cylinder and lift cylinder space multi-levermechanism is an important component loader is mainly used to complete the loadingand unloading operations.The original design work equipment is analogy and mappingtrial and error, these two design methods is relatively backward, in the past played amajor role, but it is also obvious shortcomings, designers often need to complete a lotof hard work, and the design process easier dependence prototype, is not conducive toinnovation.So,loaders manufacturers pay more attention to the optimization of designand innovative research.Paper mainly research on the following aspects:(1) Describes the background and significance of the loader working deviceresearch, narrative research status and research trends at home and abroad. Pointed outthe necessity of optimizing the system design loader working device research anddevelopment.(2) The basic structure of the device as well as on the work of several commonstructure type, specifically designed to work requirements and main technicalparameters of the device. The strength and elaborated work force cylinder solvingmethod and apparatus of the overall force working condition and working position bythe force of each of the components detailed research and analysis.(3) On the premise of the analysis are summarized on the research scholarsloader working device, according to research needs and establish an optimizationmodel in detail the relationship between the position of each rod working devicedescription. This article is designed specifically program design variables, objectivefunction, constraints, to prepare for the post-study work.(4) The basic ideas and design steps of the traditional complex method are discussed summary, the analysis of the necessity to improve the complex method,introduced several common improvements. Determine the parameters optimizationvariables, constraints and objectives required to achieve the ultimate. Finally, theworking device to optimize the structure and use of MATLAB and three-dimensionalsimulation software modules to optimize the accuracy of the results of preliminaryvalidation.(5) In accordance with the principles of the system development and design,based on VB and MATLAB to complete wheel loader working device optimizeddesign, development and application design. According to the results of theoptimization system, establish a working device parametric model, by motionsimulation and finite element analysis, to verify the accuracy of the system design.(6) Of this research are summarized carding process, and need to expand futurework prospects.
