At present, all the engine builder of china have built the ME engine of MDT for patent production. And all the hardcore manufacturing technology has been controlled by MDT. And the hardcore technology of electronic control technology is a top priority. So this thesis is the technical research of the basis designing of MPC, which is the hardcore component of MAN ME diesel engine intelligent control system.The main content of this thesis is for ME engine multi-function control panel for hardware and software, which will be the analysis research. First of all, through studing the whole electric control system, the basis of the hardware and software design concept and principle of the MPC board is analyzed. Then, we will analyze the structure and the principle of the whole control system, and confirm the structure and function of the whole system, and analyze functional areas of the MPC.During the research that DMU laboratory analyze MPC panel, we will confirm each functional areas of the MPC panel, such as switching operation position, logic control function, speed and chief load limitor, safety system and emergency operation function, and telegraph function. By confirming the various functional areas of the MPC, we can study the hardcore technical of MPC. In the end, The research can provide the basis technical design of ME engine control system design for the our country development.The project transformation effect is obvious, and it will be producted.
