ballastless track of high speed-railway track structure in our country overall divided into two major categories of prefabricated plate and cast-in-situ concrete type, ballastless track mainly include CRTS Ⅰ type, CRTS Ⅱ type, CRTS Ⅲ type, double block and bifurcation area plate and sleeper embedded type six kinds of structure forms, ballastless track that too longitudinal continuous edge lines as the main structure characteristics of CRTS Ⅱ type ballastless slab track structure since first applied the beijing-tianjin inter-city railway, high-speed rail in China get a large-scale popularization and application in engineering, and its proportion is larger. In recent years, the opening of the beijing-tianjin inter-city, wuhan-guangzhou, zheng west, huning, more than the beijing-shanghai, shanghai-hangzhou and guangzhou-zhuhai high-speed railway, ballastless track in general use in good condition, ballastless track technology advantages to get preliminary reflected, but ballastless track process quality control, lack of awareness, the influence of such factors as part of the high-speed lines after the opening of individual locations ballastless track structure and parts exposed some equipment quality and safety problems, such as:high temperature season on the rail plate arch, track plate and alienation of cement emulsified asphalt mortar layer seam permeability pulp, orbit between wide juncture place away from the seam, lateral block and track slab concrete crack damage, etc.Operation and maintenance technology is an important part of high-speed rail technology system, high-speed lines in our country the operational time is shorter, ballastless track maintenance experience is lacking, in combination with operation practice test, the system without a frantic jumble track maintenance technology study is the long-term need to study the subject in the present and the future of high-speed railway.According to the high speed railway CRTS Ⅱ type ballastless slab track structure design and operation of the status quo, summarize CRTS Ⅱ type ballastless slab track design and construction technical requirements, deepen the understanding of this type ballastless track structure; For individual locations ballastless track injuries problems, study the mechanism of injury, damage and reason, put forward the typical damage ballastless track maintenance maintenance plan and preventive measures; Explore ballastless track of high-speed railway track circuit works maintenance management mode.
