High-speed railway has been rapidly developing in China in recent years.By the end of 2016,operating mileages of China's high-speed railway are more than 22000 kilometers,and it ranks to the first in the world.China's high-speed railway has the features of large scale of road network,high running density,large amount of maintenance and repair work,high speed and complex geological terrain.In order to achieve the operational goals of safety,comfort and order,it's important to achieve the destination of automatic and electronic management of high-speed railway as a part of China's high-speed railway construction.Hence developing high-speed railway digital railway maintenance database management system has an important significance in improving the information level of high-speed railway.On the basis of grasping present situation at home and abroad,types and features of the data coming from high-speed railway maintenance are analyzed.And then,the requirement analysis of developing high-speed railway digital railway maintenance database management system is finished.At the end,the system is divided into device-based information subsystem,detection information subsystem,repair information subsystem,fine adjustment for ballastless track subsystem,using direction arbitrary projection to unify the coordinate system of operation railway and data calculation subsystem.Besides,by comparing and analyzing,the system architecture uses B/S and C/S combination,and Oracle 11g,Visual Studio 2010,ASP.NET and C#are respectively defined as the database platform,developing tool,front and backstage programming language.After the design of content and permission control of the system,B/S website of the system with data input,output and maintenance functions was developed.Because right-line's coordinates of right intersection point,mileage of point of gradient change of double track railway's parallel-section are not directly provided by design document,parallel method and geometric method are used to calculate the coordinates of right intersection point,mileage of point of gradient change respectively.Railway actual alignment include circular curve with unequal transition curve,switch-back curve and turning point,circular curve without transition curve,compound curve with transition curve at both ends,etc which produced when line parameters were adjusted in later period.Calculating design coordinates and elevation of arbitrary mileage and lateral and vertical deviation of measured data were added on the existing algorithms base.And the program of data calculation subsystem was written according to these two theories.Besides,the programs of fine adjustment for ballastless track subsystem and using direction arbitrary projection to unify the coordinate system of operation railway were written.The development of C/S software of the system was completed.Validation results of track maintenance data and line parameters from Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed railway,Chengdu-Mianyang-Leshan passenger special line,Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway,Dunhuang-Golmud Railway,Lanzhou-Zhongchuan Railway,Lanzhou-Lianyungang Railway and Gantang-Wuwei Railway showed that:The B/S side design method of the system is correct and reasonable,and the whole system works well.At the same time,it will offer reasonable and effective management and maintenance for maintenance data of high-speed railway.Computational model of parallel method is right on the beam,and it has high time efficiency,but also the memory usage is reduced by 15.8%compared with traverse method.The maximum mileage difference of point of gradient change calculated by geometric method and line spacing method is 0.16mm.Besides,geometric method don't need midway between tracks and skip steps of calculating precise midway between tracks and back-calculating mileage in calculating.Design coordinate and elevation of central line,left and right rail and lateral and vertical deviation of measured data calculated by data calculation subsystem are within the allowable range of calculation error.And it fully meets the requirements of design,construction,operation and maintenance of high-speed railway.
