In recent years, with the development of economy, more and more cars appeared. The increase number of the cars bring convenience to people in traveling.But at the same time, it also increased of the static traffic problems. Urban land become more and more precious, the contradiction between land scarce and the increasing parking demand is intensified, the spatial development parking spaces is the necessary way to solve this contradiction. At present, the stereo garage are varied and functions are different, but they all have a series of issues, for example parking period is long, need to back into the garage, the parking process is complicated, and so on. In the rush hour when people after work, it unable to meet person’s demand about convenient take their cars. So, to seek an efficient and quick access to the vehicle’s device is the key to solve the above problems.In this paper, through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different types of domestic three-dimensional garage, I have designed a stereo garage which don’t need to wait in line, lower level garage without avoidance, here called no need to avoidance stereo garage. This paper reference relevant design specifications,according the functional requirements and the related dimension parameters about parking cars, I designed the no need to avoidance stereo garage’s overall plan and overall size. At the same time, I conduct a comprehensive design about the hoisting system and rotation system, which through stress analysis, motor reducer type selection,and the transmission system design.In addition I also use the aid of the finite element software ABAQUS to check the no need to avoidance stereo garage’s main bearing structure.No need to avoidance stereo garage adopts column cantilever structure,column and car plate is the main bearing components.Unilateral force is the soft rib of the stereo garage. In addition, no need to avoidance stereo garage is often used in outdoor,the climate difference is apparently in different regions of different areas in our country. "GB50009-2012 The Load Standard of Building Structures " said schedule E.5 shows the cities of our country’s basic snow pressure and wind pressure value. The amount of snow in the north area of Northeast and Xinjiang province is bigger than any other areas in our country, southeast coastal and huang-huai coastal wind-force is larger. In order to adapt to a more broad market, the no need to avoidance stereo garage’s snow resistance ability, wind resistance ability or snow and wind combined action resistance ability is the key problem which must to be solved.In this article, through the study of the basic principle and design method of stability, I defined the "use limit working state" of the no need to avoidance stereo garage. Firstly established the garage’s finite element model by using CATIA three-dimensional software, then import this model to the finite element software ABAQUS, through loading different condition’s snow and wind pressure, acquired the stress nephogram and displacement nephogram of this garage in corresponding conditions Compared the maximum displacement with "use limit working state", confirm the garage’s stability under different working conditions. Finally by loading the combination load of biggest scale wind and the most heavy snow, check the no need to avoidance stereo garage’s stability in the limit condition.
