With the development of the economy in our country,the quantity of urban car hasincreased continuously in nowadays,which aggravate the parking problems.Mechanicalparking system has many advantages,for example,high space utilization and energyconservation.It has become an important way for static traffic problem of cities.Basedon the analysis of parking situation and use of mechanical parking system,integratedvarious types of garage,advantages and disadvantages, the development costs andmaintenance,the paper studies the most widely used mechanical parking system whichnaned lift-sliding mechanical parking system,analyses and optimizes the structuredesign of the garage.Combined with specific engineering,we choose three-layer and three-formulisticgarage structure as the research model.Firstly,the paper simply introduces mainstructure and characteristics of garage;The main steel structure,transmission system andpallet were designed according to the garage’s design requirements.Secondly,this paperused the finite element technology to analyze the steel structure of garage’s main forceparts according to the operation principle of lift-sliding mechanical parkingsystem.Based on the finite element analysis,reasonable optimization of steel structure ofgarage is performed in order to guarantee the security of garage.Finally,we chooseSolidWorks software to modeling two types of pallet’s every part,and assemblethem together.Then use finite element analysis method to analyze the pallet andits stress and deformation with the variation of waved plate’s thickness were obtained inthis paper,which provided reference and basis for pallet’s structure design andimprovement.
