The Flight Control Computer General Test Equipment Based On PCI Bus

The test devices of space flight control computer usually needs to meet various of requirements, such as convenient application, universal function, low cost and high reliability. In order to realize those features, a testing equipment of the flight control computer is designed, which based on the PCI bus technology.This device use the industrial control computer as its development platform and make the function modularized with PCI board. By this way, it can achieve the test aim to separate the flight control computer into different function modules. Meanwhile, according to different test requirements, it can change the test strategy flexibly.Besides, it is very easy to extend function as well as to replace PCI board. That is why the hardware function of common test device based PCI bus also have a certain flexibility.According to the base test requirements of flight control computer, the common test device is split into three main PCI function board. They are bus board, KCOM board, and DAD board. Bus board mainly realized 1553 bus communication and intelligence can bus communication. DAD board is mainly used to test AD and DA function of flight control computer. KCOM board realized various of functions, includes RS-422 communication, RS-485 communication, the I\O of switching value, pulse output and test, the output and test of system clock frequency.This paper also introduced a software test solution. The results of debugging, testing and verification in this software test solution show that this testing device meets the desired design goal with reliable performance indicators, realize the aim of convenient application, universal function, low cost and high reliability. Furthermore, this solution lays a solid foundation for the future function extension on this system.
