The abnormal trajectory of human mandible is an important basis for the diagnosis of temporomandibular disorders(TMD).According to statistics, about 20%~60% of young adults are deeply afflicted by TMD,so the measurement technology of human mandible trajectory has been deeply concerned by people from all aspects. The working principle to record mandibular trajectory is studied.Based on magnetic to electric conversion, the trajectory of mandibular movement is determined according to the relationship between the output voltage of sensor and the position of permanent magnet. The layout calculation of six sensors is completed by MATLAB simulation. The overall design of this movement recording device is completed.According to the actual physiological parameters of human body, the mechanical structure of the device is developed. The adjusting parts are designed,so that the device can meet the requirements of measuring the mandibular movement track of people with different age and gender.A structure of auxiliary positioning guide rod is developed to realize the accurate positioning of sensor and permanent magnet in the occlusal position. The hardware design of the test system is completed. The single chip microcomputer is used as the control center of the hardware implementation scheme in this design;the giant magnetoresistance sensor, microcontroller, amplifier, and power module are used as base;and the connections between the various functional modules are designed as interface;to realize the acquisition and processing of human mandibular movement data. The software of this system is designed. The method of forming curve by data fitting is studied.Five methods of judging the normal trajectory or displacement are given, and they can be used as the basis for doctors to execute TMD diagnosis.Six giant magnetoresistance sensors are calibrated. And the mechanism designed to record the mandibular movement is verified, which proves the accuracy and rationality of the device.Figure 50;Table 14;Reference 59...
